Al-Qaida isn't wired on anniversary dates of their own attacks (although Osama's tape was expected). If they're going to get wired on a date, look for it at the anniversary of the U.S. attack on Afghanistan. Besides, with all the attention, this is a lousy time to strike, as will be the next few weeks (as per the alerts). But everything should be "back to normal" by the anniversary that matters to them.
