Teresa Heinz Kerry: "If you leave children behind, it has been for naught." "People want America to be great again." The Republican party is totally different from the days of her late husband. Back then they used to even intermarry with Democrats. Back then they practiced the Socratic method.

Ms. Heinz-Kerry;
55 million Americans own homes in "private communities". These are ruled by non-restricted, non-governed, little mini-neo-nazi goverments called HOA's; who have the right to foreclose on homeowners without judicial process. The abuses are rampant! Will you help us save our homes? We Americans are tired of all the issues being about foreign policies, when our American Policies towards these "adhesion contracts" allows the rights of American Citizens to be usurped & disregarded daily. Please join us in our fight to save our homes. This would be a catalyistic platform, that would surely win the election for either party willing to address it.
George W. Bush, as Governor of Texas, was one of the Pioneering States that removed all of our rights under this "adehsion contract" clause. Please help!

Rauni is right: a million Arizonians have been deprived of their property rights and their civil liberties, the Arizona legislature and the courts have given permission to their boards, acting as quasi-government, to rule the HOAs outside of the consitutional guarantees and the state laws. This is an aberration in the history of property rights, it's a great iniquity, an abomination upon the face of America. For more info: Citizens for Constitutional Local Government, george@pvtgov.org

Oh, hello Socrates! Fancy seeing you here, in the year 2004. It's been centuries since someone dropped your name. Brush that dust of your shoulders and wipe your hemlock dazed eyes. It's time for you to get your ass off the curio shelf of history and wage your war with the Gods right here on Earth. We rejected it at first, be we need your critical reasoning and your unwavering commitment to truth now more than ever.
We need the same Homestead Act Protection that all other citizens of the USA have. We need our constitutional rights returned and no longer be treated as second class citizens.
Dear Mrs. Heinz-Kerry, thank you for this opportunity to address the horrible homeowner association foreclosure issue that exists throughout our United States. Perhaps you have read about some of the more high profile cases that have hit the paper from time to time. Most homeowners are not aware until closing that they have lost their property/homestead rights to control what happens to their property. This is an ongoing thing that advocates across this country have been trying to resolve with our local legislators. We look forward to eventually working with you on this issue as you appear to be a strong-will person who is for right and that is what we need. We need someone in Washington who cares about what happens to the homeowners in this country as right now no one cares. Depending upon which state you live in, your loss may come through early contract formation where developers place liens on your land which supersede homestead protection or you may lose through legislative action or there may be another way. The bottom line, though, is the United States Constitution does not condone any of this type of behaviour. We pray that when you have settled into the White House that we will have an opportunity to revisit this important and urgent issue. Until then, God bless you and your family and we look forward to you being our new first lady.
Best regards,

Teresa, you are a great woman, who speak from the heart, and worship the Constitution, the same as your husband. We homeowners in HOAs have been stripped of our constitutional civil liberties. President Bush is responsible for doing this in Texas, then Arizona and California followed. PLEASE ASK ELIZABETH, WHO IS A LAWYER, TO HELP US CRAFT A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE STATE OF ARIZONA for having deprive us of EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW.
