• EA - encoderappliance - its our encoding software that runs as process on remote or local device. Currently Win32 and Linux

• MinXPlayer - prolly the in-browser player we'll work with

• CP - Comboplayer - another player

• UL - UltraLite - another player

• VCA - VideoCLipAlert - the mobile (handset) app that can playback media encoded by the EA.

• QCP - QCelP audio codec - Au native audio codec

• HNM - HelloNetwork Media File - the datafile produced by the EA

1. (OPEN) Setup virtual directory for Joi's media, players and manifests --- any choice of name ??? we have videolink.jp, tokyotonite.jp,hellonetwork.co.jp usable -- so can be anything in that context -- like joi.videolink.jp

2. (OPEN) Setup EA and establish decks/profiles

3. (OPEN) Setup PSCP publisher/renamer for Joi's decks

4. (OPEN) Setup simple test page outside the blog for verification

5. (OPEN) Build JoiVCA and establish file/manifest locations - test on Au
