This is "Noresore" (juveniles of conger eel). Don't you think that grilled adult conger eels are more delicious than juveniles? I think so.

　これじゃ分かりにくいけど、実物はよく見ると、頭や目が分かります。小さな色素胞の黒点も分かるでしょ。しかし、白いですね。穴子になるとは思えない。食べた感じは「にゅるにゅる」という感触を楽しむものだと感じました。いい経験だったなぁ。

As you see, (Excuse me, the photo is bad!) You find out shape of head and small eyes and melanocytes. It is so white, Can you believe that it is juveniles of conger eel? Having it, It was elastic. It's execiting.

I whish I had not known what it is. Eels? not my cuppatea

What do these things taste like? are they very strong tasting or mild? they look mild (but looks can deceive). Also, what is the difference between adult and teen conger eels? (tastewise)
