Did you have played Kendo(Japanese fencing) when you had been to school ?

Actually, I just started. One of our neighbors is a kendo teacher and I just had my first lesson.

My main thing in high school was wrestling. Although our Japanese coach carried a shinai (kendo stick) and hit us with it sometimes. ;-)

I fear the day Joi starts bringing a shinai to office...

I've been waving some wooden sticks around in my Aikido practice recently, and I like it! When I take long road trips, I bring a broomstick with me and I practice my sword and staff moves at highway reststops, to loosen up my shoulders and back.

Hi,there! this photo makes me missing my shinai.I've ever learned Kendo in my hometown, very small,2 years ago. Thanks to kendo,I met friends, say this"NEVER BETTER" although we can't meet often.good luck, go on.Non-stop!

Kendo is too tiring and Nintendo is too dizzy, so I just walk the Tao. ;-p

Konnichiwa Joi!

Good luck in your future classes!
