PodcastingのAggregator、iPodderの開発者に問い合わせたところ、iPodderの最新版ではRSSの最後のenclosure（MP3）だけを取り込む仕様になっているそうです。
僕のRSSが悪いわけじゃなかったみたいです。ホッ。
