Salam, our blogger in Baghdad was out of touch for a few days and I was getting worried. He's back online and says his Internet access was down, but it's back up.

Seems to be down again.
BTW, his blog is hosted by Blogspot/Blogger/Pyra which is owned by Google so access to his site should be fine. His access from Iraq affects his ability to update the site.
Joi - it`s the underscore in your link - Blogger doesn`t allow underscores so the url is dearraed.blogspot.com

Gary, I think the one without the underscore is a mirror. I don't think it is a blogger thing. I think the underscore just screws up some browsers...
