The term may be new jargon, but I page-slapped for years...
I think anyone who spends any real time on the internet has been doing it forever but never had a name for it. I read that wired this morning and remembered reading it here right away. on a side, Jargon Watch is one of my fav sections of the mag.
It appears that Brendyn did coin the term...
