The ICANN Staff and President and CEO have recently made a strategic plan available. It's quite complete and probably interesting for anyone interested in ICANN. It's a 70+ page PDF. Any comments or opinions about it would be greatly appreciated.

Joi,
I don't envy you in your having to deal with this load of bureaucracy. I fast first impression is off one of the graphics. Shouldn't things like "security and stability" be considered as foundations (if you don't have them, what do you have?), and thus have all the other aspect sit on top of them (rather than sitting right under their little house)? It shows a bit of a glitch in conceptualization, which is why the root system is still vulnerable.
FYI, check your mail when you have time.
