Happy Thanksgiving from America! We've been using the same recipe for a couple of years now and we've converted about ten families to the same recipe. This way I figure I will not have to endure dry turkey at my friends either! Got any other recipes to share? We also have another tradition of "bring your leftovers over party" the day after Thanksgiving where friends bring their friends and it turns into a 2 degrees of separation turkey fest. A bit of feasting crossed with social networking. A weak link approach to eating new things and to new friends.
